London Gate, a UAE-based developer, has recently collaborated with Franck Muller, a distinguished Swiss luxury watch manufacturer, to unveil what they claim to be the world’s tallest branded residential clock tower in Dubai.
The tower, named “Franck Muller Aeternitas,” will reach a remarkable height of 450 meters and features a Franck Muller clock at its pinnacle, providing breathtaking panoramic views of Dubai Marina.

The tower is expected to be handed over in Q2 2027, with an estimated sales value of over $544 million. With 106 floors, the tower will offer a range of exclusive residences, with prices starting at $436,000.

London Gate has partnered with One Broker Group to introduce a flexible payment plan with a 40/60 structure, making it accessible to a wider audience. During the launch ceremony, Eman Taha, CEO of London Gate, expressed that the Franck Muller Aeternitas tower “will offer unparalleled views of the Dubai Marina.”
The developers have committed to introducing millions of dollars worth of exclusive properties to Dubai this year, aiming to bring the best-in-class residential projects to the city. Franck Muller’s Managing Director, Erol Baliyan, remarked that “this iconic clocktower symbolises the dedication to exceptional craftsmanship and innovation our brand has always been known for. This iconic tower is yet another pursuit for timeless elegance.”

Dubai is known for its iconic high-rise buildings. These towering structures are a symbol of the city’s growth and development over the years. From the Burj Khalifa, the tallest building in the world, to the sail-shaped Burj Al Arab hotel, Dubai’s skyline is a testament to the city’s ambition and innovation. The city has become a popular tourist destination, attracting millions of visitors every year who come to marvel at its architectural wonders.
