Zimbabwe has received a prestigious accolade from the internationally renowned travel blog World of Wanderlust.

The country was reportedly named among the top five tourist destinations on the African continent, marking a significant milestone for the country.

“The Republic is keen to draw attention and foster harmonious relations with the global community following a prolonged period of isolation, ” reported ZBC news.

The recent recognition has already ignited interest in Zimbabwe, as it is among several countries taking part in this year’s edition of the World Travel Market which kicked off in London this Monday.

This surge in attention serves as a genuine testament to the country’s increasing popularity, according to experts in the field of tourism marketing.

World of Wanderlust has also featured Zimbabwe’s remarkable attractions, including captivating safaris and the breathtaking Victoria Falls, showcasing the nation’s diverse and alluring offerings.

Furthermore, it’s worth noting that South Africa and Eswatini have also secured positions in the top ten regional rankings.
