“WILD BRICS” on the BRICS Global Television Network (BGTN) is a journey that takes you deep into the heart of nature’s wonders.

Join us as we explore our planet’s diverse landscapes and extraordinary wildlife.

Africa is home to diverse wildlife, from the majestic elephants, the nimble cheetahs and the endangered rhinos; the continent’s ecosystems are rich with unique species.

The Head of Marketing at Endangered Wildlife Trust highlighted the problem of vulture poisoning, “vultures are often the first indication of poaching incidents.”

Challenges such as poaching, habitat loss, and human-wildlife conflicts remain focal points in the ongoing conservation efforts.

The numbers of Black Rhinos are very dire. Approximately five thousand are left, White Rhinos twenty thousand and elephants three hundred thousand to five hundred thousand are left.

African conservation efforts are crucial; many countries have established national parks, reserves and conservation projects to protect threatened species.

International organisations, NGOs and local communities collaborate to address these issues and promote sustainable practices to ensure the long-term survival of Africa’s unique biodiversity.

As we conclude our journey “Into the Wild,” we are reminded of the intricate tapestry of life that thrives across our planet.

Let us work together to protect and preserve these natural wonders for generations to come.
