Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman (MBS) hosted discussions relating to the Kingdom’s relations with the United States.

The meeting took place with members of the US Senate Select Committee on Intelligence on Saturday, 7 January as the Saudi Press Agency reported.

Delegates, led by committee chairman Senator Mark Warner, met at the Winter Camp in AlUla, where MBS welcomed them.

Alongside Warner, other committee members present included Maine Senator Angus King, Texas Senator John Cornyn, New York Senator Kirsten Gillibrand, Georgia Senator Jon Ossoff, and Arizona Senator Mark Kelly.

According to the report, the talks encompassed friendly relations, cooperation between the two countries, and various other issues of mutual concern.

Key officials, including the Kingdom’s Ambassador to the US, Princess Reema bint Bandar, US Ambassador to the Kingdom Michael Ratney, and other Saudi representatives, attended the meeting.

The presence of these significant figures underscores the importance of the diplomatic exchange between Saudi Arabia and the United States.
