Beyond mentorship$100 million over the next five years

The strategic partnership, marked by a ‘Founders Connect’ initiative, aims to elevate Unicorn-level Saudi startups by granting them access to China’s dynamic entrepreneur ecosystem through eWTP Arabia Capital.

This initiative seeks to amplify networking opportunities and facilitate knowledge exchange, propelling the global reach of Saudi startups.

Beyond mentorship

Beyond mentorship, the collaboration includes eWTP Arabia Capital, offering 100 internships to Misk Foundation beneficiaries exposing Saudi youth to invaluable learning experiences in the Middle East and beyond.

This move significantly contributes to the development of scientific and technological talent, aligning with the partnership’s core focus on empowering Saudi Arabian youth.

Crucially, the collaboration addresses the evolving needs of Saudi youth in the digital age. Misk Foundation’s commitment to education and entrepreneurship, with a specific focus on science and technology, seamlessly aligns with eWTP Arabia Capital’s expertise in connecting with mature technology markets, such as China.

This alignment underscores their joint commitment to bridging the gap between local talent and global opportunities.

Jessica Wong, Managing Partner of eWTP Arabia Capital, emphasises the significance of the collaboration.

$100 million over the next five years

Over the next five years, they plan to invest $100 million in digital technology, new energy, and advanced manufacturing, supporting Saudi Arabia’s technological advancement and nurturing more tech talents.

The Saudi Arabia-China Entrepreneurs Association, under this partnership, will facilitate exchanges to foster mutual growth between member companies, Chinese higher education institutions, and Misk.

Established in 2011 by His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed Bin Salman Bin Abdulaziz, Misk Foundation remains dedicated to cultivating learning and leadership among Saudi youth.

Its dual focus on education and entrepreneurship, complemented by a dedication to culture and the creative arts, forms the foundation for building a knowledge-based society.
