With competitors performing gravity-defying moves, intricate combinations, and high-intensity routines, the SASWCA Freestyle Nationals serves as the ultimate test for South Africa’s elite in the sport.

What is SASWCA?
SASWCA is the official governing body for street workout and calisthenics in South Africa. The organisation plays a pivotal role in developing and promoting the sport across the country, offering a platform for athletes to compete, grow and reach international levels. Through national competitions like the SASWCA Freestyle Nationals, the association identifies top talent, preparing them for the world stage.
The winner of this year’s Nationals will earn the prestigious opportunity to represent South Africa internationally, advancing to the World Street Workout and Calisthenics Federation (WSWCF) World Championship, which will be held from April 24th to 27th, 2025, in Sofia, Bulgaria.
