The upcoming BRICS conference is the biggest of its kind, more than 60 world leaders are expected to attend this prestigious event. The summit comes after COVID-19 ravaged the world and will be the first face to face BRICS summit after the pandemic.
The invite has been extended to all African heads of states and this partnership is expected to accelerate growth, sustainable development and multilateralism. The conference will address the expansion of BRICS, of which more than 22 countries have formerly applied to join the Alliance.
